2005

Establishment of Rockstead Capital Group
Rockstead Capital was founded with a clear vision: to empower clients to navigate complexity with clarity and conviction. That same year, we obtained our Fund Management license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), laying the foundation for a legacy built on trust and discipline.

2005 – 2010

Pre-IPO/IPO Investments
In our early years, we made our mark through strategic Pre-IPO and IPO investments across global exchanges – SGX, HKSE, ASX, NYSE, DAX and TSX. The Rockstead Asset Management Fund was born, reflecting our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to uncovering value before the crowd.

2011 – 2013

Awarded GIP Status
Singapore’s Economic Development Board named Rockstead as one of just eight funds under the Global Investor Programme (GIP). GIP Dual Series approvals in 2011 and 2013, alongside independent ratings by Mercer, underscored our growing stature as a trusted wealth partner.

2016 – 2018

Fixed Income Series
The launch of the Rockstead Fixed Income Fund Series I and II marked our continued commitment to delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns – reinforcing our reputation for prudent innovation and long-term value creation.

2018

Launch of EAM and Family Office
A pivotal year for Rockstead. We expanded our capabilities with the launch of our External Asset Management (EAM) Desk and Family Office services, deepening our ability to offer bespoke, client-centred solutions. Strategic alliances with six leading banks and financial institutions further strengthened our ecosystem, reflecting our commitment to partnership and excellence.

2020

Launch of Rockstead Quant Fund
In the spirit of continuous advancement, we launched the Rockstead Quant Fund, leveraging data-driven insights and disciplined strategy to uncover new opportunities for our clients.

2021

LFMC License
Rockstead attained our Capital Markets Services (CMS) License and became a Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore. This milestone affirmed our standing as a fully regulated institution, a trusted steward, equipped to serve clients with greater depth and confidence.

2024

Launch of Rockstead Private Credit Fund and Rockstead Alpha Fund
We proudly introduced two new strategies: the Rockstead Private Credit Fund and the Rockstead Alpha Fund. Both exemplify our approach to creating value through disciplined innovation, with the Private Credit Fund emerging as one of our most successful offerings to date.

Hit $1 Billion AUM
As a testament to the trust our clients place in our stewardship and the enduring performance of our strategies, Rockstead surpassed $1 billion in assets under management.

2025

Rockstead Celebrates 20 Years of Investment Confidence
Rockstead marks two decades of trust, growth, and enduring partnership. As we celebrate 20 years of investment confidence, we also launch the Rockstead Advantage Series Fund. Symbolising our forward momentum and unwavering commitment to shaping wealth across generations.
