Proficient in International Accounting Standards and GAAP, Lester has extensive experience in the investment and restructuring of foreign companies. Since the late 90s, Mr. Tay had led and completed several large-scale audits, due diligence engagements, business consultancy, corporatisation and Initial Public Offerings invoving corporations in Singapore, Australia, China, USA, Canada, and countries in Europe.\u00a0 He has also headed numerous capital-raising initiatives, including originating, structuring, executing and sourcing for equity
